What we collect, and why

We collect personal data in one place on this website: the enquiry form. We ask for it because we cannot price or plan a project without it, and we ask for nothing beyond that.

• Your name, and the company you represent if you are enquiring on its behalf
• Your email address and telephone number, so we can reply
• The project type, description, preferred timeline and budget range you provide
• Any files you choose to attach, such as drawings, photographs or a scope of works

The lawful basis

Under Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, we process this information on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before submitting the form, and because processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out, and it does not oblige us to delete records we are required to keep for tax or contractual reasons.

How the form is delivered

The form is delivered to our inbox by a third-party email service, which processes the content of your enquiry solely to transmit it. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to build marketing profiles.

We use a privacy-preserving analytics service to count visits and measure page performance. It does not identify you and does not follow you across other websites.

Where your data goes

Our email and hosting providers operate servers outside the United Arab Emirates, so your enquiry may be transmitted and stored abroad. We use providers that offer contractual data-protection terms, as the Personal Data Protection Law requires for cross-border transfer.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept while they remain commercially relevant and are then deleted. Where an enquiry becomes a project, the correspondence forms part of the project record and is retained for as long as the contract and applicable UAE law require.

Your rights

The Personal Data Protection Law gives you rights over your personal data. You may exercise any of them by writing to us, and we will respond within the period the law allows.

• Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete
• Ask us to delete data, where we are not required to keep it
• Ask us to restrict or stop a particular use of your data
• Withdraw a consent you previously gave
• Complain to the UAE Data Office if you believe we have handled your data unlawfully

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It stores only what is needed to serve pages and to measure performance anonymously. Your browser settings remain the final say over any storage a website may use.

Children

This site is intended for people acting in a business or property-owner capacity. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.

Security

Enquiries are transmitted over an encrypted connection and reach a small number of people inside the company. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed absolutely secure, and we say so plainly rather than implying otherwise.

Changes to this notice

We update this notice when what we do changes. The date at the top of the page is the last time it was reviewed. This version was last reviewed in September 2026.
