What this website is

This site describes the services we offer and the projects we have delivered. It is an invitation to make contact — not an offer capable of acceptance, and not a quotation.

Nothing on this site forms a contract. A contract between us exists only when a written agreement or a signed quotation says so, and its terms are those of that document rather than these.

Accuracy

We take care that the information here is correct at the time of publication. Specifications, materials, availability and prices change, and photographs show completed work rather than a promise of an identical result on another site.

Where a page describes technical practice — materials, climate, sequencing — it is general guidance drawn from our experience and not a substitute for a design or an engineering opinion on your specific project.

Enquiries and quotations

Submitting the enquiry form does not commit either of us to anything. We may decline an enquiry, and you are free not to proceed after receiving a quotation.

Any quotation we issue is valid for the period stated on it and is based on the information available to us at the time. Where site conditions differ from what was described, we will say so and re-price rather than absorb the difference silently.

Your use of the site

You agree to use this site lawfully. In particular, you must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, disrupt its operation, or use it to transmit unlawful material. These are obligations under Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combatting Rumours and Cybercrimes as well as under these terms.

Do not submit files through the form that you do not have the right to share, and do not include other people's personal data in an enquiry without their knowledge.

Intellectual property

The text, photography, drawings and design of this site belong to us or are used with permission. Project photography shows our own delivered work. You may not reproduce, republish or use any of it commercially without our written consent.

Client names and trademarks appear as a record of work delivered and remain the property of their owners.

Links to other sites

Where we link to another website, we do so because it was useful at the time. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

Liability

We provide this website as it is. To the extent UAE law permits, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information published here, or from the site being unavailable.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. The courts of Abu Dhabi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this website.
